Inquiries and project acceptance

Website package buttons and forms submit inquiries, not immediate purchases. A project starts after both parties confirm the scope, price, schedule and payment arrangements in writing. A specific project agreement takes precedence where it expressly changes these general terms.

Scope and pricing

Prices are stated in USD. Each package specifies page, location, content or outreach limits. Extra pages, publisher costs, advertising, third-party subscriptions and development outside the stated scope require separate agreement. Any applicable taxes and third-party charges must be confirmed before payment. Monthly work is not automatically charged through this website.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, necessary permissions, timely feedback and lawful access to the platforms involved. You retain account ownership. You must have the right to use any text, images or materials you supply. Delays in access or approval may affect delivery dates.

Delivery and revisions

The written scope sets deliverables, timing and included revisions. We document completed work and notify you if a requested change falls outside scope. Technical work depends on your platform and access. Keep current backups before changes to your website.

Search and platform outcomes

Search engines, publishers and community moderators control their own results and decisions. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, live backlinks, review ratings or comment retention. Outreach packages cover the specified work and do not guarantee editorial acceptance.

Responsible marketing

We do not provide fake customer reviews, purchased votes, impersonation or undisclosed deceptive promotion. Paid placements must be appropriately disclosed and qualified. Work must follow applicable platform rules.

Content ownership

After full payment, you may use the final custom deliverables created for your project. Pre-existing tools, methods and third-party materials remain subject to their original rights and licenses. We do not publish your confidential information or identify you as a client without permission.

Cancellation and concerns

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Contact us promptly about an issue so we can investigate and propose an appropriate correction. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
