How to cancel work or raise a delivery concern with GF SEO EXPERT.
How this policy applies
This policy covers SEO and marketing services provided by GF SEO EXPERT, operated by Ghulam Fareed Khatri. Your written project agreement may include extra arrangements. Your mandatory legal rights still apply.
Cancel before work starts
You may cancel before work starts and request a refund of the service payment. If you already approved a third-party cost, we will explain whether it can be recovered and how it will be handled under the law that applies.
Cancel after work starts
Contact us as soon as possible so we can stop further work. We will provide a record of completed tasks and approved costs. We assess a refund for the unused part of the service against that record. You are not charged for future work that has not been done.
Ending monthly services
You may ask to end a monthly service before the next service period begins. This website does not start an automatic checkout subscription. Completed work in the current period is handled as explained above. Your written terms should confirm the next billing date before a renewal payment.
Missing or incorrect work
If a promised item is missing or does not match the agreed work, send us the details. We will review the issue and discuss a correction, completion or a suitable refund. Not reaching a particular ranking does not by itself mean the agreed SEO work was not delivered.
Decisions made by other platforms
Search engines, publishers and moderators control their own results and decisions. This does not remove your rights if our service was described incorrectly, was not delivered or failed to meet legal requirements.
How to request a refund
Email contact@gfseoexpert.com, use the contact form or call +1 (240) 291-6513. Include your name, project or invoice reference, service and reason for the request. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
Approved refunds use the original payment method where practical. The payment provider affects processing time.
Your legal rights
Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or consumer rights take priority over this policy. If the law requires consent to start work during a withdrawal period, that consent must be addressed in the written order process.
