1. Tell us about your business

2. Review the main problem
We review the information relevant to your request. This may include website pages, business listings or search reports you choose to share. We separate confirmed problems from questions that need more checks.
3. Agree on the work and price
Before work starts, we confirm the package, page or location limits, timing and payment. We also agree on who will make changes and which approvals are needed. Extra work and third-party costs need separate approval.
4. Make the agreed changes
We work through the approved priorities. Depending on your package, this may mean improving pages, fixing technical issues, writing content or preparing outreach. We ask for your input when a fact or business decision needs checking.
5. Check and hand over the work
We check the items we changed and explain what is complete. If a directory or publisher has not replied, we mark the task as pending. A submitted request is not the same as a published change.

Your accounts stay yours
Keep ownership of your domain, hosting, website and business profiles. If access is needed, use a suitable account invitation. Do not send passwords through an enquiry form.
