Explain the evidence.
A useful case study identifies the starting problem, the changes made and what the available evidence can actually support.
GF SEO EXPERT: a service-led website rebuild
This is a first-party implementation example from this website. It is not a client testimonial or a claim of improved search rankings, leads or revenue.
The starting problem
The site contained unrelated template material and did not clearly explain the SEO services, individual scopes or the path to a package enquiry.
The work
The rebuild introduced dedicated service pages, separate package pricing, founder information, legal notices, branded navigation and more relevant enquiry forms.
What you can inspect
Compare the service scopes, follow related-service links and review how a package enquiry is presented. The visible deliverables are available on the website.
Implementation is not the same as a business result
Publishing pages and improving navigation are concrete deliverables. Search visibility, qualified enquiries and revenue need a measured baseline and an appropriate observation period. We are not publishing percentage-growth claims for this rebuild because validated performance evidence is not available here.
What a useful project report should show
- Context: the website, market, project dates and agreed goal.
- Baseline: the relevant data source, period and known gaps.
- Actions: the pages, profile fields or technical items changed.
- Status: completed, pending approval, awaiting a publisher or blocked by a dependency.
- Performance: relevant comparisons with seasonality, attribution and other marketing activity considered.
- Next decision: what the evidence suggests doing next.
An illustrative reporting example
Task: update the title, headings and contact route on an agreed service page.
Evidence: link to the page and a dated description of the edit.
Follow-up: review the page’s search data and qualified enquiry path once reliable measurement and enough observation time are available.
This example describes a reporting format. It does not represent a fabricated client result.
Client evidence will need permission
Any future client case study or testimonial should be published with permission and enough context to assess the claim. We do not use stock portraits as customer endorsements or publish invented client logos.
